(BROWNSTOWN, IN) - A trial date has been set for a 56-year-old Jackson County man accused of beating his wife to death with a baseball bat late last month.
During a police interview at the hospital, Terry Wade informed police that he took the bat from the corner of the bedroom and struck Vicky Wade two times on the head with it before putting it back in the bedroom.
He was booked into the Jackson County Jail following his attempted suicide.
Jury trial has been set for 8:30AM on October 20th.
