(MARTINSVILLE) - An off-duty Indiana State Trooper in Morgan County detained three Martinsville residents caught stealing scrap metal.
A homeowner flagged down the officer and state people were stealing the scrap from his property.
The trooper stopped the robbery in progress and detained the suspects until Morgan County Sheriff's Deputies arrived to make the arrests.
