(VERNON, IN) - Jennings County Police are investigating a fatal wreck at Country Squire Lakes in North Vernon.
Police say that 21-year-old James Stephens of Salem rear-ended a riding lawn mower on Country Manor Drive, injuring 49-year-old Robert Jones.
Jones later died at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Stephens was arrested for possession of marijuana under 30 grams and possession of paraphernalia.
The investigation into the wreck is ongoing at this time.
