(SPRINGVILLE, IN) - One person was killed in rural Lawrence County Friday following a traffic accident.
82-year-old Vonda Baker was flown to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis where she later died there from her injuries.
Police say that Baker was traveling east on Highway 54/58 West when she became ill and vomited on herself, causing the car to run off the right side of the road.
Her car then swerved back across the road, striking a pickup being driven by 19-year-old Robert Curren.
