(WILLIAMS, IN) - A 30-year-old Heltonville woman was injured Thursday when her vehicle’s steering wheel locked up, sending the car through a fence and into a yard eventually hitting a utility police causing the car to overturn.
Dena R. Johnson suffered neck, head and back pain in the crash.
