(ORLEANS, IN) - The 2011 Orleans Dogwood Festival is well underway despite area flooding.
The Queen of the Dogwood Festival is Jennifer Anderson, Junior Miss for the Dogwood Festival is Zoey Mitten and the Citizens of the year for Orleans are Bill and LouAnne Crockett.
Events that can be enjoyed tonight at the festival include the student art reception, the Orleans High School Pep Band & Red Line Dance Team as well as the Dogwood Idol contest.
