(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - A Bloomington woman is facing a preliminary charge of neglect of a dependent after leaving her 4-year-old daughter home alone on Monday.
Several witnesses informed police that the girl was left unattended most of the day.
31-year-old Stacey Dawn Harris was booked into the Monroe County Jail.
Officials from the Department of Child Services were contacted and the child was left in the care of her grandmother.
