(MARTINSVILLE, IN) - Attorney Steven Litz wants the trial for accused school shooter Michael Phelps moved out of Morgan County.
He is planning to file for a change of venue in the case in which his 15-year-old client is facing charges in adult court of allegedly shooting another 15-year-old twice last month at Martinsville West Middle School.
The victim, Chance Jackson, remains hospitalized.
