School Officials Find Threat Written In Graffiti

(NASHVILLE, IN) - Students at Brown County High School was sent home with a letter this week following a threat written in Graffiti on the school.

Principal Matthew Stark would not go into detail on what the graffiti said but had it quickly removed following its discovery.

Students at Franklin Community High School and Bloomington High School North also were disciplined for writing threats on bathroom walls about shootings.

The following is the letter sent from the school.
"Unfortunately, Brown County High School has joined other local schools in the disruption of its school day. Graffiti was found at Brown County High School that has implied a threat to our school. We are concerned by this and are taking necessary precautions to ensure the safety of your child and our school. State and local law enforcement have been informed of this. Any question, concerns or information, please contact the high school office."
