(LINTON, IN) - Greene County police were on the lookout Friday for a vehicle causing a traffic hazard by dragging something behind it, causing sparks to fly.
Officers stopped the vehicle because of the sparks and during the course of the stop; officers noticed the odor of burnt marijuana.
33-year-old Marc L. Hulsbeck is now facing several drug charges.
