(OOLITIC, IN) - A Williams man is facing criminal charges following the report of a disturbance at an Oolitic home.
58-year-old James R. George was arrested for criminal confinement and battery resulting in bodily injury.
Police say that a woman passed out at the police station, suffering from several cuts and bruises.
The woman told police her ex-boyfriend held her against her will, hitting her for several hours.
