(SEYMOUR, IN) - An new initiative designed to clear some of the more than 714 outstanding felony warrants in Jackson County is paying dividends just a few days after it was launched.
Sheriff Michael Carothers says, "so far we have two men in custody."
39-year-old Robert Wayne Hyland and 32-year-old Joshua Michael Schepman were arrested late Wednesday night in Seymour.
