(LINTON, IN) - A Linton man, serving a sentence for burglary, auto theft and other charges will no longer be released from jail on his expected release date in July.
22-year-old Andrew S. Cooper is now facing more serious charges following two class A felony counts of child molestation involving a 13-year-old female victim.
Cooper is accused of having sexual intercourse with the victim on several occasions, knowing she was only 13 at the time.
