(LINTON, IN) - A Greene County man was arrested on Saturday after giving police a fake name.
Once officers determined 21-year-old Patrick L. Hamm's true identity, they discovered the man was wanted on warrant for failure to appear in court.
At first Patrick gave officers his brother's name.
The warrant for Hamm's arrest was issued for failure to appear in court in a case involving four counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated among other charges.
Hamm was booked into the Greene County Jail.
