(SEYMOUR, IN) - A 69-year-old Jackson County man was injured over the weekend after his vehicle struck a utility pole along Highway 135.
Glen Henderson was taken to the Seymour hospital for evaluation with head and neck pain following the wreck.
Henderson told investigators he was driving south when he pulled out to pass two vehicles.
The vehicle in front Henderson also pulled out to pass, causing him to run off the road and hit a utility pole.
