(BEDFORD, IN) - The Bedford Urban Enterprise Association is considering the sale of a downtown Bedford building.
A representative from Keach & Grove informed the board that a prospective buyer had signed an offer to purchase the former Bedford Downtown Convention Center otherwise known as the former location of Johnathan's Gym.
The $125,000 sale of the building is now pending.
