(SEYMOUR, IN) - A Seymour teen was arrested late last week after police say he beat up another man, taking his coat and cell phone.
The 17-year-old was charged with strong-arm robbery and battery and was taken to the Jackson County Juvenile Detention Center immediately following the incident.
The 20-year-old victim sustained lacerations to his body, Cooper said Friday night.
