(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - A warrant has been issued for the arrest of 40-year-old Timothy L. Sylvester, who currently sits in the Monroe County Jail.
Police say that Sylvester is now wanted on preliminary charges of child molesting.
Sylvester was arrested in Bloomington in late December after two men reported he had pointed a gun at each of them and threatened to shoot them.
Before that incident occurred, Sylvester was already under investigation for an alleged incident of child molesting.
Police say that the alleged juvenile victim lives out-of-state but was visiting relatives in a home where a family member was dying at the time of the incident.
