49-Day Prayer Schedule Planned In Honor Of Jigme Norbu

(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - A 49-day prayer schedule is planned in honor of the late Jigme Norbu.

Norbu was struck and killed while participating in a walk in Florida to raise awareness about the plight of Tibet under Chinese occupation.

Norbu was the youngest son of Thubten J. Norbu, eldest brother of the Dalai Lama of Tibet and founder of the Bloomington, Indiana Tibetan Cultural Center.
