Police Investigating Anhyrdous Ammonia Theft

(COLUMBUS, IN) - Bartholemew County Sheriff’s officials are investigating the theft of a large amount of anhydrous ammonia.

A pickup truck and a tank containing 50 gallons of the chemical were stolen from the Growers Farm Service in Azalia.

Anhydrous ammonia is a farm fertilizer used to produce methamphetamine.
