(WASHINGTON, IN) - An Ohio man is accused of having sex with a southern Indiana woman after her death.
55-year-old Richard Sanden was formally charged Thursday with rape, criminal deviate conduct and abuse of a corpse.
A probable cause affidavit reveals that Sanden videotaped sex with the 48-year-old Washington woman even though she appeared to be dead.
His trial is set for May 17th.
