(SPENCER, IN) - Owen County Sheriff’s officials believe they have found the vehicle that struck and killed a 12-year-old boy Saturday.
Authorities are interviewing persons associated with the vehicle as their investigation continues.
12-year-old William Bottoms was struck and killed Saturday night while walking home from a dance at a community center in Owen County.
