(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - A Bloomington father faces charges of neglect of a dependent and public intoxication for leaving his daughter in the street after a traffic accident.
Police say 26-year-old Eden Adorno-Hernandez ran away after his van got stuck on a curb.
His 4-year-old daughter was left standing in the middle of the road.
The child has been released to the custody of her mother.
Adorno-Hernandez is also charged with resisting law enforcement and operating a vehicle having never received a license.
