(PAOLI, IN) - A court date has been set for former Paoli Community Schools Superintendent Alva Sibbitt.
A pre-trial conference will take place on February 22nd at 9:00AM. Sibbitt was arrested on December 9th following a traffic stop in Paoli in which Sibbitt managed to ram his vehicle into the patrol car.
In addition to the February 22nd court date, a final pre-conference trial has been set for May 17th at 9:00AM.
The superintendent is now on paid leave pending further action by the Mitchell School Board.
