(LYONS, IN) - A Lyons woman is facing two charges of operating a vehicle under the influence after obstructing traffic in Linton this past Wednesday night.
39-year-old Julie Ann Richardson was arrested for two counts of OVWI, after officers stopped to see if she was having car problems.
According to a preliminary news release, "Julie Ann Richardson was observed impeding the flow of traffic on State Road 54 near 5th Street Northwest in Linton."
Richardson was and booked into the Greene County Jail.
