(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - The Monroe County Convention Center Building Corporation has acquired three acres in downtown Bloomington near the current convention center in hopes of landing convention and tourism-related economic development.
Official potential uses for the three acres include expanding the current convention center or building a full-service hotel.
