(NASHVILLE, IN) - A Brown County man has been arrested for attacking his wife with a Christmas tree.
Police say 40-year-old Kyllie R. Smith threw the tree at his wife and is now facing charges of domestic battery in the presence of a child younger than 16.
Smith is believed to have started an argument with his 39-year-old wife and struck her on the side of the head, then threw the Christmas tree, striking her in the back.
A child in the room called police to the couple's house.
