(SEYMOUR, IN) - A Jackson County man was arrested for arson following an incident at his apartment Sunday afternoon.
Police say that 23-year-old Justin D. Branaman lit a pile of clothes on fire in the kitchen of his apartment.
A family member was able to put the fire out before it caused severe damage.
Investigators say that Branaman had allegedly been making threats to destroy or set fire to the apartment some time before setting the blaze.
