(UNDATED) - Just because the economy still hasn't fully recovered, it is possible to find health foods on a budget.

Hoosier Dietician Kim Gaelez says you don't have to do fresh fruits and vegetables all the time.

She says canned, frozen, dried and 100% fruit and vegetable juices count as nutrient rich choices, and she says they may be more economical for your budget.
