Bloomfield Dog Breeder Agrees To Stop Doing Business In Indiana

Last updated on Wednesday, December 8, 2010

(BLOOMFIELD, IN) - A Southern Indiana dog breeder accused of tax evasion has agreed not to breed or sell dogs in the state of Indiana.

Attorney General Greg Zoeller says Darlene Clark of Bloomfield signed the permanent injunction banning her from doing business in the Hoosier state.

As a condition of the settlement Clark cannot challenge the state's seizure of her dogs.

Any proceeds earn from the sales of the animals can be applied to her unpaid tax liability.
