(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - People who live outside Monroe County who want to leave their pets at the Bloomington Animal Shelter will have to pay starting next year.
The Bloomington City Council unanimously approved the fees as a way to ease budget issues and help reduce euthanasia rates.
