State Officials Urge Caution In Online Holiday Shopping

(UNDATED) - Officials from the Indiana Department of Homeland Security and Indiana Office of Technology are reminding Hoosiers that all online activities, including shopping, need to be done cautiously.

Holiday email safety tips includes never clicking on unknown attachments, double checking any online offers that sound too good to be true and never give any personal information.

Online shopping safety reminders include updating your virus protection, using complex passwords and make sure to print a copy of every transaction.
