New Albany Cattle Company Facing Multi-Million Dollar Accusations

(NEW ALBANY, IN) - The U.S. Department of Agriculture has accused New Albany-based eastern livestock company and its owner Tommy Gibson of failing to pay more than $130 million dollars to 743 sellers in 30 states.

Administrative complaints have been filed against the firm, which is one of the largest cattle brokerage companies in the United States.
