(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - A 21-year-old man was robbed in the Bloomington area after being sprayed twice with pepper-spray.
Police say the man was walking alone at around 9:15PM Thursday when two men wearing dark clothing and toboggan style hats approached him.
One man sprayed the victim with pepper spray.
When the victim tried to run away, he was tackled down and sprayed again.
The suspects were able to make off with the victim's backpack and laptop.
