(SCOTLAND, IN) - A groundbreaking ceremony will take place today marking the beginning of construction for section 3 of the I-69 Highway through Indiana.
The ceremony will be at 11:00AM at the intersection of Ind. 58 and U.S. 231 just south of the Crane Naval Surface Warfare Center near the town of Scotland in Greene County.
