(VINCENNES) - A major donation towards construction of a museum to honor Vincennes native and comedian Red Skelton was announced Monday night.
Lawrenceville Civic Leader Frank Ladner has pledged $1 million dollars towards the museum's completion.
Bernie Niehaus, Chairman of the Red Skelton Museum Foundation says with Ladner's donation they need only about $1.3 million dollars to complete their $4 million dollar goal.
