(BEDFORD, IN) - Whitney Tool Company announced Thursday afternoon that it has acquired the product line of a similar business in Michigan.
General Manager of Whitney Tool, Bob O'Callaghan says that they have already begun manufacturing tools from the former Cogsdill Enterprises of Walled Lake, Michigan.
Several local and state officials were present at the event including Bedford Mayor Shawna Girgis, Mitchell Mayor Dan Terrell, State Representative Eric Koch and Secretary of State Todd Rokita.
