(MARTINSVILLE, IN) - Martinsville Dr. John Reynolds, who is also the Morgan County Board of Health Officer, was arrested Wednesday on charges of practicing without a license.
Dr. Reynolds is already in hot water with the law, accused in connection with the death of his live-in girlfriend.
She was found dead inside their home last November.
Police say Reynolds was acting as her doctor at the time.
The cause of her death has not been released.
Reynolds was indicted by a grand jury on several charges, including neglect of a dependent.
