(MARTINSVILLE, IN) - A 16-year-old driver crashed his truck into a tree in Martinsville Sunday night, causing the death of his 22-year-old passenger.
Police say the driver swerved to miss a deer when his truck ran off the road.
The names of the driver and passenger have not been released.
