Couple Found Passed Out, Charged With Drug Possession

(BEDFORD, IN) - Two people were found passed out inside a residence that was supposed to be unoccupied.

Bedford Police Department Chief Dennis Parsley says that the department received a call after neighbors spotted light coming from the inside of a home in the 2500 block of Sanders Lane when there wasn't supposed to be anyone there.

When officers arrived at the house they discovered a male and a female passed out on the floor.

30-year-old Rose M. Henderson and 27-year-old Matthew J. Ross were found to have marijuana and Soma.

The two were each charged with residential entry, trespassing, possession of schedule IV controlled substance, possession of marijuana and criminal mischief.
