(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - A Bloomington woman has been accused of stealing her neighbor’s credit card as well as some of her jewelry.

45-year-old Laura A. Hopkins was taken into custody on Tuesday.

Police believe Hopkins climbed through a window and stole the credit card while her neighbors were out of town.

On August 19th, a woman called police to inform them that a house she had been watching had been ransacked between her check-ins.

Detectives tracked a transaction on the card to a Target store were Hopkins was identified using store security videos.
