State Police Taking Part In "Prescription Drug Take Back Day"

(UNDATED) - Indiana State Police will be participating in a nationwide initiative headed by the Drug Enforcement Administration for the first ever “Prescription Drug Take Back Day.”

On September 25th, state police posts are designated as drop-off sites for proper prescription medication disposal.

The initiative seeks to prevent increased pill abuse and theft.
