(BEDFORD, IN) - Snakes have been found in the North Lawrence Vocational School.
Dr. Dennis Turner, Superintendent of North Lawrence Community Schools say that at the career center, several garage areas open during the day due to various student work activities.
Turner says that apparently, three snakes decided that enrollment at school is a better option than survival in the drought stricken summer, but nonetheless, they have since been expelled.
Maintenance personnel are taking measures to help prevent the problem from happening again.
