(UNDATED) - Despite a 9.5% national unemployment rate and a 10.2% unemployment rate in Indiana, many employers are having trouble finding qualified candidates for jobs.
The Career Builder and USA Today Mid-Year Job Forecast says that one in five employers still have positions for which they can't find qualified candidates.
