(LINTON, IN) - A Linton mother was killed in a car wreck Monday morning, sending three children to Riley Hospital for Children.
Police say that 29-year-old Amanda Stalcup was traveling on Old Lyons Road when for unknown reasons the vehicle traveled off of the south side of the roadway, down through a ditch and struck a tree head on.
The wreck remains under investigation at this time.
Among the minors involved in the wreck were a 12-year-old boy, an 8-year-old girl and a 1-year-old male infant.
