(JUDAH, IN) - A Monday night car wreck on Guthrie Road sent the driver to the hospital.
A short time later, following further investigation into the car wreck, both the driver and the passenger were arrested for possessing marijuana.
Police say 18-year-old Amber K. Strunk was driving too fast to make a 90-degree turn on Guthrie Road.
Strunk's vehicle left the roadway and hit a telephone pole, causing her to become trapped in the car by a downed guy wire.
Following a trip to the hospital, she was later arrested for possession of marijuana.
Her passenger, 18-year-old Alexis L. Robinson was also arrested.
