(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - A suspected arsonist is under arrest about ten years after he committed the alleged crime.
31-year-old Daniel Kruk of Baltimore, Maryland was taken into custody Tuesday without incident following a lengthy investigation by the FBI.
U.S. Attorney Tim Morrison says Kruk is accused of attempting to damage or destroy a building in the 600 block of Morton St. in Bloominton by setting it on fire in September of 2000.
