(MARTINSVILLE, IN) - A 16-year-old Amish teenager suffered serious head injuries during a tree logging accident in Morgan County on Monday.
Authorities say the teen was with an adult cutting down a tree when the tree came down and clipped a large limb of a nearby tree, which came down and struck the teen.
