Officer Recieves 45-Day Suspension

(MARTINSVILLE, IN) - Martinsville Police Officer Darren Johnson has received a 45-day unpaid suspension and probation of two years for using a Taser on a unruly ten-year-old boy.

The incident occurred March 30th at a child care center in Martinsville.

Police captain William Jennings, who admitted slapping the boy, chose to retire.
