(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - Authorities say a Bloomington doctor convinced another doctor to write prescriptions for him.
Kamal Tiwari already faces accusations of over-prescribing controlled substances to patients who were known drug addicts.
Investigators said that action contributed to the overdoses and deaths of several people.
The Indiana Attorney General has requested that Tiwari's medical license be suspended.
